How do I reserve and or request a quote?
-You can email us directly at [email protected] or fill out our submission form or click the button “Request a trip”.
What are the operating hours?
-Although we operate 24/7 all trips must be prearranged as our physical working hours are M-F 9am to 10pm S-S 9am to 9pm. Same day requests need a lead time of 5 hours.

How do I pay?
-Payments are made directly to the driver unless other arrangements are made. Such as invoicing/direct billing (corporate/business travel) or prepayment. Invoices/direct billing are due within 48 hours, after 48 hours a daily charge of $35 will be added to the final amount.
What is the cancellation policy?
-Cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to reserved/confirmed pickup time. Anything outside of this window will be charged 60% of the agreed transportation request. For all larger vehicle types (Sprinters, mini buses, stretch limos, coach bus) 100% of the agreed transportation request will be charged if cancelled outside of the 48 hour window.
What are the capacity limits for all vehicles?
-Sedans are max 3 passengers 3-4 pieces of luggage. SUVs are max 6-7 passengers 6-9 pieces of luggage (dependent on size). Sprinter vans vary, executive 15 passengers max, limo 11-14 passengers max, jet 7 passengers max. Stretch limos, sedan 10 passenger max, Jeep 14 passenger max, SUV 18 passenger max. Mini bus 24 passenger max, 31 passenger max. Coach bus 56 passenger max.
What areas do you serve?
-We serve all of New Jersey, Philadelphia and eastern region of Pennsylvania, New York City, Long Island, portion of upstate NY and Fairfield County Connecticut.
Does Tri State rent cars/vehicles?
-No we do not rent out vehicles for personal use. We are not a rental car company but a limo/limousine transportation company.

-Airport Transportation, Events (weddings, graduations, birthdays, concerts, sporting events), Hourly/As Directed service, Corporate travel (team building, company outings, meetings), Light Moving (College dorm move in & move out), Appointments (doctors or other), One way transfer/Point to Point.
